This Privacy Policy describes how Tomasz Cegielka ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Animal World application ("the App") and this website (animalworld.kids).

We take the privacy of children seriously. Animal World is designed for children ages 2–5, and we are committed to complying with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Animal World is an offline application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users of the App, including children. The App does not:

  • Require an account or registration
  • Collect names, email addresses, or any contact information
  • Access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, or location
  • Connect to the internet during gameplay
  • Use analytics or tracking SDKs within the App
  • Serve ads of any kind

2. In-App Purchases

Animal World offers optional in-app purchases (one-time unlock and monthly subscription) processed entirely through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not receive or store any payment card information. All purchase handling is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

A parental gate is required before any purchase screen is shown, ensuring a parent or guardian has given consent before any transaction takes place.

3. This Website (animalworld.kids)

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking mechanisms. No personal information is collected through this website.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Animal World is designed for children under 13. In compliance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App works fully offline and requires no account, no personal data from children is ever collected.

5. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain usage data as described in their privacy policy. We have no control over Apple's data practices. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Retention

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Game progress data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by deleting the App.
