How do I restore my purchase?

Open Animal World, go to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon), then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased. If the issue persists, contact us at tomgeek566@gmail.com.

I purchased the app but the content is still locked. What should I do?

First, try Restore Purchases in the app Settings. If that does not work, force-quit the app, reopen it, and try again. If the problem continues, email us with your Apple ID (email address only — never share your password) and we will help resolve it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Animal World → tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

The app crashes or does not load. How do I fix it?

Try the following steps in order:

1. Force-quit Animal World and reopen it.
2. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
3. Check for an app update in the App Store.
4. If the issue persists, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store (your purchase is saved to your Apple ID and can be restored).

If none of these help, please email us with your device model and iOS version.

Will deleting the app remove my progress?

Yes — deleting the app will remove all local progress, including completed levels and collected stickers. Your purchase, however, is safely stored with your Apple ID and can be restored at any time after reinstalling.

Does Animal World work without internet?

Yes. Animal World works fully offline — no internet connection is required to play. An internet connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.

Are there ads in Animal World?

No. Animal World contains absolutely no ads of any kind — no video ads, banner ads, or sponsored content.

How does the parental gate work?

Before any in-app purchase screen can be opened, Animal World presents a simple maths puzzle that is easy for adults but too difficult for young children. This prevents toddlers from accidentally triggering purchases without parental awareness.

My child completed a level but did not receive a sticker. Is that normal?

Yes — stickers are awarded randomly, not after every level. Each completed level gives a chance to unlock a new sticker. With 44 stickers in total there is always one more to discover, which keeps the reward feeling special.

The AI-generated portrait in Creative Mode did not save. What can I do?

Animal World needs permission to save photos to your camera roll. Go to the Settings app → Privacy & SecurityPhotos → find Animal World and set access to Add Photos Only or Full Access. Then try generating the portrait again.
